Maintenance and certificates

Every asset of the property — lift, generator, pump, pool, fire system — has its own record, with intervention history, maintenance contract and the next scheduled service.

Documents with legal validity have their expiry tracked: fire safety certificate, lightning protection report, lift inspection, extinguisher test, water potability. The notice goes out early enough to hire someone.

The preventive plan raises the tickets on its own, on the right date, for the right person.

• No more fines for an expired certificate that nobody noticed had expired.
• No more expensive reactive maintenance for preventive work that was not done.
• The trustee hands over the mandate with the complete history, not with a folder of papers.
• The insurance is not refused for lack of valid paperwork.
