How it works

Every animal is registered to the unit, with species, size, photo and vaccination record. The vaccine has a tracked validity, like any other document.

The bylaws define where the animal may go, whether it uses the main lift, whether it needs a leash in common areas and how many are allowed per unit. The rule is written down and visible to everyone.

The gate recognises the animal by its photo and knows whose it is. An incident involving a pet becomes a ticket linked to the unit, with history.

No more arguing about whose dog it is loose in the common area
No more unvaccinated animals moving about among the children.
The limit per unit is checked at registration time, not after the complaint.
Repeat offences are on record, which is what backs the warning when one has to exist.
