How it works

Every key, remote, access tag and card has a number, an owner and a history. Collection is signed on screen and so is the return.

Gate remotes and access tags are charged when issued and when replaced — the charge is born with the item, and does not depend on someone remembering.

When a unit changes owner or tenant, the system lists everything in that unit's hands and what has to come back.

  • No more common-area keys in the hands of someone who has left of the property.
  • No more remotes issued and never charged, which turns into a silent loss.
  • A change of tenant has a checklist, and not a good-faith conversation.
  • The emergency key stays tracked, with who took it and when they brought it back.
