Individual meter readings

Meter read with a photo, consumption with history, the split calculated on its own.

How it works

The team reads water and gas from the phone, at the unit itself. Every reading comes in with a photo of the meter, which ends the argument about a mistyped number.

The system compares with the unit's history and warns when consumption leaves the pattern — a leak shows up in the reading, not in the bill.

The split comes out ready: individual consumption, common areas, loss and the amount per unit. What goes to billing is the result, not a spreadsheet redone every month.
