How it works

Every amenity has its own rule sheet: minimum notice, monthly limit per unit, fee, capacity, opening hours and whether it requires accounts to be settled. What the bylaws say becomes configuration, and applies to everyone alike.

When someone asks for a booking — from the panel, from the personal link or by speaking on the voice page — the system checks the calendar, checks the rule and checks the unit's financial standing before confirming. If a fee applies, the Pix is generated right then.

Management does not approve them one by one. It writes the rule and steps in only for exceptions.

No more calendar clashes and the booking agreed by message that no one recorded.
No more personal exceptions: the limit applies to the board member and to the new owner just the same.
The fee is charged on the spot, and it does not become a forgotten line on next month's bill.
A debtor is blocked by the rule, without anyone having to break the news.
