Parcels and mail

The gate registers the parcel in three taps: unit, sender and a photo of the package. The owner is notified at once, on the channel they chose.

Collection is signed on the desk's own screen — by whoever collected it, with date and time. If the person collecting is not the owner, it is recorded who it was.

What is past the deadline appears highlighted, and management fires off the charge without having to count the pile by hand.
