The listing stays theirs. What happens inside the gate becomes yours.
Only on PAPERBOATPAPERBOAT does not replace the listing platform. It governs the stay: the owner records the request, the system checks what the bylaws allow, and only then does the stay exist.
The owner sends the guest a check-in link — checkin.paperboat.ia.br/praia-azul/8F2K-4QD7. The guest opens it on the phone, with no login and no app, gives their document and companions, accepts the house rules and receives the access code.
Access is valid for exactly the window of the stay. Past the date, the code dies on its own, without the gate having to remember. The community fee is charged per stay and the deposit is held and returned by the platform.
The check-in record is sealed, and both the guest and the property can later prove what was declared.
