Staff and contractors

Every contractor and every employee has a record with company, role, roster and paperwork. Whatever has a validity — medical certificate, safety training, certificate, liability insurance — has a tracked date.

Access is by shift. Outside the contracted window the code does not open, and leaving outside the hours raises a recorded exception.

When the outsourced company changes, the system lists what has to be returned and which accesses have to be blocked, item by item.

• No more contractors with expired paperwork walking through the works or the plant room.
• No more access that survives a dismissal, because the block is part of the off-boarding.
• Joint liability is covered, with proof that the document was required.
• The roster is visible so the gate knows who was supposed to be there on that shift.
