General meetings and voting

How it works

The notice goes out through the platform with the agenda, attached documents and a deadline. Who is entitled to vote is calculated from the ideal fraction and the financial standing, as the bylaws require.

Voting happens item by item, with the quorum counted live. A proxy is registered beforehand and counts in the calculation. Whoever cannot attend votes within the deadline.

At the end, the minutes come out with the result item by item, the attendance list and the verifiable-record seal. What was decided cannot be rewritten afterwards.

No more meetings without a quorum cancelled at the last minute.
No more contesting the result, because every vote has an origin and a time.
Whoever travels keeps voting, with no favour proxies.
The minutes stop depending on someone typing whoever remembered the meeting.
